Our Services
KDX Group specializes in large and bulky shipments. We move them across borders, clear customs, and deliver them to the door — for businesses and individuals.

International Freight
Sea, air and road freight between Europe, Asia and North America. We consolidate shipments through our network and take care of every leg, from pickup at origin to arrival at destination.
Sea freight is the most economical option for heavy and high-volume cargo. When your goods fill a container, a full container load (FCL) keeps them sealed from origin to destination. Smaller shipments travel as less-than-container loads (LCL), sharing space with other consignments, so you only pay for the space you use.
Air freight suits urgent or high-value items, and road freight connects ports, airports and inland locations. We plan the combination that fits your deadline and budget, prepare the export documents with you and book each carrier, so you deal with one contact and one quote for the whole journey.
- Full container (FCL) and shared container (LCL) options
- Door-to-door or port-to-port
- Pickup scheduling at origin, export documentation
- Real-time tracking across every leg

Bulky & Heavy Delivery
Furniture, machinery, appliances, pallets and crates delivered with the right equipment and crew — not squeezed into a parcel network.
Parcel networks are built for small boxes. Large items need different handling: a liftgate truck when there is no loading dock, a pallet jack to move heavy loads, and two people to carry furniture safely through doors and stairways.
Bulky deliveries are made by appointment. Once your shipment is ready for the final leg, we contact the recipient to book a delivery window and call ahead on the day. Standard delivery is to the ground floor or loading dock; room-of-choice delivery can be booked in advance. Any visible damage should be noted on the delivery receipt, and we record a photo proof of delivery.
- Liftgate trucks and pallet equipment
- Two-person crews and room-of-choice delivery
- Scheduled delivery windows, call ahead
- Photo proof of delivery and damage reporting

Business Delivery
Delivery services for companies, retailers and carriers that need a dependable partner for the final leg, in the United States and abroad.
Retailers, manufacturers and carriers use KDX to deliver to their own customers. We collect from your warehouse or receive your inbound freight, then complete the delivery to businesses (B2B) or consumers (B2C) on your behalf.
Your customers receive tracking notifications, and you receive one consolidated invoice per month rather than a bill for every shipment. Each account has a named contact who knows your products, your delivery requirements and your schedule.
- B2B and B2C delivery on your behalf
- Volume pricing and monthly invoicing
- Branded tracking and notifications
- Dedicated account contact

Customs Clearance
We prepare and file the customs entry for shipments carried through our network. When duties and taxes apply, we pay them to customs so the shipment isn't held, then collect them from the customer with a fully itemized invoice.
Every import must be declared to the customs authority of the destination country. The declaration describes the goods, their value, their origin and their tariff classification (the HTS code in the United States), which together determine the duty rate. Accurate paperwork is what keeps a shipment moving instead of waiting at the border.
When charges apply, the recipient gets a notification with a link to the payment page. The invoice shows each line separately: import duty, fees collected on behalf of customs, applicable taxes and our clearance fee. If an amount looks wrong, contact us before paying and we will review it with you.
- Entry filing and tariff classification
- Duties and taxes paid to customs on arrival
- Itemized invoice for every shipment
- Secure online payment and instant release
What to Include in a Quote Request
The more we know about your shipment, the more accurate the quote. A complete request usually gets a firm price on the first reply.
Origin and destination
Pickup and delivery addresses, or at least the cities and countries, and whether either location has a loading dock.
Size and weight
Number of pieces, dimensions of each (length, width, height) and total weight. For pallets, say whether they can be stacked.
Contents and value
What the goods are and their value. Customs needs this to classify the shipment and calculate duties at destination.
